How do I buy more backup online storage?.
I have about 50tb and control 5 devices and I have an image of all of them nightly. I can push an image remotely at any time if a drive fails which happens occasionally. It also has about 20 tools with doing all kinds of things for about $60 a year. Way better.
I have 354.0GB space in Norton 360 Platinum which I've just upgraded to for free, and I have 13.4 GB of files to back up.
Personally I would use acronis. They have 100x the available space and easily pushed to a group of pc/mac. I keep images of all of mine to burning on any drive at any time
If you click on the down arrow to the left of your subscription, it should show you the features you have, including your online storage limit.
Can you clarify what storage amount you are trying to use? 329 MB or 329 GB.
And also to clarify, this storage space is only usable by the Backup feature in 360. It is not general storage space that you can use any other way.
I've subscribed to Norton 360 Platinum as you'll see from the screenshot.

How can I know which version of Norton I’ve got?.
What products have more than 329 mb of storage space?.
Is that a typo? The smallest storage space offered by Norton 360 products is 2 GB.
If you are trying to back up 329 GB it sounds like you are trying to back up your whole computer. Norton is not designed for that. It is meant to backup your important files. To back up your entire computer, you should look into disk imaging software.
What products have more than 329 mb of storage space?.
Currently, the only way to increase you online storage is to upgrade your 360 product to a version that includes more storage.
Maybe you can reduce what is being backed up to free up some space?
