Buying NIS 2011 (eventually performance pack) in amazon.co.uk and using its licence with pt version

I would like to know if there is any kind of limitation on buying this 3 PC license on Amazon, and using it with a different language of NIS 2011, i.e., if i can buy it on amazon.co.uk and use the licence on the portuguese version, which should be downloadable somewhere on the norton site. And if it is possible, where is it available to download.

I have the same question for the performance pack version, with Norton Utilies included, as i don't know right now what is the version that i'm going to buy.
