Hello,
Yesterday i installed NIS2009,
When i rebooted, after the login screen, the system just hangs.
And sometimes it just gives me an BSOD, with always the same code at the back (0x805D297c)
Everytime i boot, chkdsk is loaded because a lot of files seems to be 'floating' or somekind.
this i guess is because i cant turn of my computer (i have to push my on/off button for a while to restart)
i've tried everything, i read alot of forum threads where the same problem is at order, but there's no solution for me there!
I've now installed and reinstalled NIS2009 now for the 15th time, (this by Safe Mode, uninstall, and so on)
I removed Windows defender from my computer, i removed most of the tasks that are loading that could have affect on NIS
I tried that Norton uninstall tool, to make sure it wasn't a bad install, and so on
Nothing works
I must say I've uninstalled Avast antivirus, rebooted and then installed NIS2009, perhaps there's the conflict ?
+ now even when NIS is uninstalled i get frequently that BSOD (0x805D297c), wich wasn't before i started this whole install !
Anybody who got some answers for me?
Why can't i install NIS2009!
in my 15times of installing and rebooting, there was even 3 times that i had an BSOD during the install...
Hope someone can help me out here, i really want NIS2009 to work!
(the NIS2009 installation file comes from the symantec servers(site) !)
It is on 15 day trial..
