Hi there. I got nort 360 for my PC and am using NMS for my phone. I have someone who harrasses me by calling several times in a row leaving messages, somes over 20.
Before NMS my cell provider gave me blocking as an extra service but when I got NMS I cancelled it since NMS had the feature, but all it blocks is my phone from ringing when they call… They are still able to leave messages… That’s not blocking… It’s avoiding and I could do that on my own.
Does anyone know of anything I can do to resolve this?? I can’t imagine that no ringing is what Norton means by the term “blocking” … Seriously…
