I call a Norton number. Phone rings once. then nothing…just no audio.
What is wrong? i tried 3 different numbers. Help. I told them about this and they didnt seem to care. the rep only kept talking about the ticket. It was like i could not get him to think properly or respond. I had to get the supervisor. He was a little better at communicating
Have had these for years. Have been a long time customer. Got them from Norton.
this started happening recently. I told them but the front line rep was just focused on the case number and the type of phone i had even after I told him i resolved the issue by signing out and back in.
