Can I access my online vault from a PC other than my own? I can see my vault through the app on my iphone when I'm away from home, but can I directly access the vault by logging on at another PC?
thanks

Welcome,
Yes, you can access your vault from another PC. You would have to install the stand alone product [free] so that the browsers on the new system were in sync with the vault so that the data would flow into the correct blanks.

You could also just use the information presented on the page Dick linked to on a system you cannot or do not want to install the ID safe stand alone app.
The logins are listed and you can view the passwords to gain access to your sites.
Thank you Dick for giving me the link, and thank you Peter for pointing out that I don't need to download ID Safe to the computer in order to use it. Though the sign in link is there on the screen, I didn't notice it, as the Download button is much more prominent!
Peter, I see your tagline that says to backup ID Safe data. I used to do that regularly when the vault was local, but when it went to the cloud I didn't see that option anymore. Now after poking around a bit I found it, so thanks for that.

You are welcome.
Norton did hide a few settings in ID Safe with the latest version. Glad you found it.
