Or else you could put them on your machine in a special folder and run the scan there
In answer to your question, no, you can’t scan your CD individually with N360. You can go here Kaspersky Online Scan and download the scanner, there you will have the option to scan individual drives. Another way, if you feel safe in doing so, copy the files on the CD into a Zipped folder, and then put the .zip file onto your C drive, right click it, and scan with N360.

I appear to be able to do so. In explorer right click the drive, select Norton 360, scan now.
BACKGROUND:I just got Norton 360. I installed CorelDraw X4 last night (graphics program) and today my auto protect was off. It was fixed by a Symatec technician and the explanation for the trouble was the new program install. I also uploaded some True Type fonts that I had used on my old computer, which had Norton 2006. I never had a problem with any viruses using them. It occurred to me that since Corel seems to be working well without the fonts, then maybe it was the fonts. I downloaded these fonts originally from 1001 Free Fonts and I would be very disappointed if I could no longer use them. QUESTION: Is there any way to do a virus scan on the fonts which I have on a rewritable CD before I install it?
[edit: Subject updated to match the issue]
It depends on the version of norton 360. In Norton 360 v2, you should be able to right mouse click in explorer and scan with nortons.
