Okay, I need to inform you the Backup feature of Norton 360 application will not show in Mac due to apple restriction or third party backup feature in their devices. So if you want to download the backed up files in Mac, you can do that from the Norton account portal…from your Mac.
Okay, so you can simply login the Norton account portal in the browser of Mac > then on home page you will find the Cloud Backup tab, click that > then click on Download of file you want in Mac.
Yes all the files can be downloaded from the Cloud Backup in Mac device from Norton account portal.
Certain files like notepad files may not work, you may need to convert the file type after download. But the download of all files can be done.
I am really sorry, we cannot confirm about whether same file will work in Mac as that depends on the file type.
They’ll download to a folder created on Mac and then you’ll need to see what’s what. (my words)
