But now I have another new key, can I enter the new key make my NIS 2009 become 466 days?
Or.. if I enter a new key, it will become 366 days, and the previous 100 days I have can't be used?
Wait until the 100 days expires, then enter your new key. If you enter your new key now, it wont add on to the existing 100 days left on the old key.

Well, it seems like you lost most of your previous subscription time if you have only 390 days remaining.

I see other have an experience that you wouldn’t lost any time. I wouldn’t trust it. i would wait a bit
I have never seen Norton add new key days to remaining key days, so I would be cautious, too. Once you activate a new key, you can't change the initial date that it bases remaining days on.
Perhaps Tony had a two-year subscription with 390 days left?
