I bought a Norton product on a disk and as I have a net book im not used to having to download everything to put on it rather than just sticking a disk in. I had a free trial for 30 days and not as it has expired im trying to enter my product code from the case where the disk is but everytime I do it says that it is an invalid product key....what do I do now? Do i unistall Norton and start from scratch, does it think that the free trial I had should be renewed and wont accept the new key as it does not recognise it. Please can I have some help with this I typically repel technology.
