Can I renew subscription by purchasing an activation card for 360 premium'(3 user) and enter product key into my existing Norton 360 premium (3 user) that ends in 3 days? Officeworks price for activation card is so much cheaper than Nortons online renewal option.

Yes you can. Just be sure that your old subscription did not have Automatic Renewal turned on.
At the last day of the old subscription, open your 360 and click on Help > Enter Product Key at the bottom right.
