I have been learning that Norton LifeLock seems to work better on Google Chrome and not so well for Safari.. Question: Can I use my subscription simultaneously on chrome and safari with one subscription??

You should have one Norton account registered with your email. The subscription you have under this account is tied to your device and not your browser.
