There is a training site that my company uses (and have used for several years) that is suddenly being blocked by SafeWeb. The site address is http://go.bluevolt.com/Johnstone/CoBrandTemplate/home.aspx?brand=johnstone. The detailed report link shows a 1 in the Identity Threats category. I know the site is safe since I've been using it for years, but when I notified the site owner their support team replied "Thank you for your email. BlueVolt does not have much control over 3rd part security systems. You may want to check the Norton website for tips on how to safely add a site to their 'OK List' so that it is usable. The other alternative is to use another computer that has a more manipulative virus protector, one that you can add safe sites to". Well, I don't want to leave my office just to visit our training site, nor do I want to uninstall Norton. So is there any way that a user (not a site owner) can either have a site reevaluated or simply whitelist it on my pc?
Thanks for your help
