I am a subscribe to an online faxing service by RingCentral.com. They cater both to individual and corporate accounts. Their login-page is structured to allow logging in of either type of account:
- Individual account: user-id field is a single phone (or fax) number
- Corporate account: user-id is composed of two fields: company phone-number and extension
- Both accounts: (numeric) password field
This the login-page has 4 fields, although the password field isn't enabled for input until either the user-id field(s) are filled in.
Setting up an Identity Safe login for an individual-type account doesn't work: the corporate-account phone-number field and password field are filled in, and the login fails.
I know I can "Report Issue" on this page, but given the ambiguity (and Identity Safe not knowing what type of customer I am), is it even going to be possible to address this with custom Norton-logic?

BTW, I made a feature-request to RingCentral's call-center drone, but either the case screeners there are unaware of Norton's offering or don't care - they closed it out of hand. I am re-submitting a case directly this time (eliminating the middle-man interpretation), and will stress the importance of effective password-management and the ever-growing plethora of utilities that help facilitate this (which Norton does a pretty good job at), in this age of increasing awareness of risks and explosion of web-based account-driven services. I suspect they will still s**t-can the request.
