I regularly change my log-in passwords. Increasingly, these passwords tend to get longer and more complicated so I rely on the Identity Safe.
A growing number of websites where a log-on ID and password is required provide the 'Magic Eye' - the icon that enables the user to view the password itself rather than black blobs.
Renewing my NIS this week was messy because at one stage I had to input my log-on details without the help of the Identity Safe. I had to abort the renewal while I opened the Identity Safe Vault, got my complicated password, write it down and restart the renewal. Because it was a complicated password, the renewal faile twice because I'd mis-spelt my password.
Please, Norton - please give us the Magic eye icon in the renewal process!!! It isn't there at the moment!
