Can Norton align my remaining days to a new subscription?

Good morning,

I've just bought a new product key, but I realized it's for the Norton Premium - I have the 360 Deluxe right now and have about 60 days remaining.

I've been a Norton customer for many years; I'd appreciate if they consider this issue.

Chat response times can vary at different times of day. Just keep trying at different times. I have had hour long waits and I have been connected immediately.

I Sign'd In to my Norton account -> Contact Norton Support -> Chat Support: Chat Now


I click'd "Manage my account" -> "Something else" and type'd "Live Agent" until ChatBot Kate reply: "transferring you to a specialist for further assistance".
