Can Norton family block specific web searches

We have YouTube blocked but there’s a way to get around this. By googling a YouTube video, results pop up and click on the results. Norton thinks it’s still google but in reality it’s YouTube embedded. Anyone have a solution to this? Very disappointed this can be so easily defeated.
Running windows 11 with chrome browser.
