Can Norton PLEASE fix the "ccSvcHst.exe" problems in NIS 2010 ?

It's obvious by looking around this forum and the wider web that there are a number of problems associated with the "ccSvcHst.exe" file on NIS 2010. With me, it's the situation many appear to have where that file starts using up the CPU, using 50% or more continuously and slowing the system down. The only way to stop it is to un-install/re-install, which works until you restart your machine, then the problem re-appears. And it's clear other users are having different issues with this file and its behaviour.

Trying to use online chat help is largely a repetitive waste of time - especially when you get a "technician" who flatly denies that he's come across the problem before, which must be untrue. Then you get "escalated" to speak to a "supervisor" who suggests that you un-install/re-install !

So Norton, can you PLEASE fix this problem ?
