Can Norton See the IP Address one of my Stolen Computers used to check in with?

Norton please refer to Case# [Removed]

I have a computer that has the latest Norton Anti-Virus on it.

The Norton software on that computer is registered with my Online Norton account so I can see the status of it and all my other devices (about 40 computers).

This computer was stolen in Feburary 2015 along with a lot of other things including a Ford F-350 Truck from our vacation ranch out in Texas!!!

Local law enforcement feels it was a Coyote that came across the Mexican border (only 25 miles from our ranch). The coyote has also hit about a dozen other ranches in our area.

I just logged onto my Norton account and I see that the stolen computer checked into Norton (my account) on 4/11/15.

Can Norton Parse the IP address that it checked in from?

The IP address would be very helpful to local law enforcement agencies, including the US Border patrol.

I called Norton support (lowest level) and of course they say they can only see the date that it checked in (Last Live Update?)

I would like to push this up the ladder with Norton and see if they could help. They would be doing the local community a great service.

Anybody have any suggestions? Comments?

I have been a loyal Norton fan for many many years...never asked for much...now im asking for some help....Thanks In Advance
