Hi,
youtube is not blocked ....
1) I have disabbled all categories - see pic
2) I enabled acces to sepcific sites - see pic above
3) plugins are enabled (also in private mode) - you can see icons on left side of address bar on browser
youtube is not being blocked
Desktop runs with:
Win 10 Pro 1607.Browser is Chrome
53.0.2785.116
