Can not change "country" in password manager address

I set up Norton when I lived in France. I have now moved to UK and changed my address in the Norton settings, however when I try to change my address in Password Manager I can not change the country as it is greyed out and set to France.
Any help please

You changed your address (France to UK) with your Norton account.
Do you run Norton 360? Does your Norton 360 set up in France work okay in UK. Whether set up in France is geo-locked.

Have you tried deleting that address &or Add an Address with current UK address.

Add Your Address → Add an Address has Country scoll.

Thank you. Norton support fixed the problem by deleting the address and re-entering it.
Problem resolved.
