Can not connect to Internet after installing 360 v 2.0

Try rebooting your router:

 

power off your pc or pc's then power off the router at the plug socket ...... wait about 20 seconds and plug router back in, wait for lights to settle and then boot your pc back up .... try connection and see if it is now ok.

 

I take it you don't have any other security type software such as another firewall or AV program as you must only have one each of these enabled at any one time.

 

A hardware firewall within the router of course is ok as a second firewall.

 

**Also in the Firewall section of Norton 360 v2 check the "program rules" and make sure that Norton has began to make rules auto for programs. A lot of them it makes decisions itself, it just may have blocked the browser inadvertantly.
