When I try downloading a picture from my blog to my PC (Windows 10 x64, Chrome, www.worktime.com blog ) a pop-up window appears that says "scanning". I presume Norton 360 scans the file for viruses - "Problem" - "Nothing Happens" - The file doesn't download, so it looks like Norton is blocking/not allowing the download? I know the file isn't infected because it's a photo I took with my smartphone (which Norton protected) like 10 minutes ago.
Is it all images that are from your phone, or just one specific image?
Is the pop up from Norton?
