If you have automatic renewal enabled for your subscription, your Norton 360 interface may only show Active. You can log into your Norton Account and click the user icon at the top right and then click My Subscriptions. Scroll to your current subscription and you should see the expiry date listed.
Using this screenshot, in the upper right top, where I have my info masked, does your UI show the days remaining there?
