Please help!!!! We/I had a virus about a week ago, Had to contact Norton support and they were able to remove virus and get my pc back to normal, if there is a normal? The pc is working fine, but when I go to my banks website everything is working/looking fine, but when I sign in to my account, I get the sign on screen and then it brings me to the screen for my password and I hit enter, nothing happens, it just goes back to my sign in screen for my bank account???? I try to enter the wrong password expecting it to say invalid password, but nope just goes back to my sign in screen. Something/ some setting got messed up, and I'm not a pc kind of a guy, so I really don't know what./where to look. Someone told me about a certificate???? have no idea about that, someone mentioned my pc isn't allowed in a secure website???? I was able to get into these accounts before virus, but not anymore. Could someone shed some light on this problem I have PLEASE!!!!!!
