I downloaded the setup file for Norton Premium Security, unzipped and double clicked the file. With Firefox and Google Chrome no reaction at all - with Safari at least the file has been executed.
Got the response: Program can not be installed because Kasperski is installed on the computer.
I have never (knowingly) installed any Kasperski software on this MacBook.
Checked the program folder - no entries in regard to Kasperski. Has Kasperski being installed aside a browser installation (and if so - which one)?
How to solve this issue?
