Running Windows 7 and Norton 360 stopped working. Purchased Norton Security. NS could not uninstall Norton 360. Windows could not uninstall Norton 360. Tried deleting 360 manually and that did not work either. Still can not install NS. It gets hung up an "Preparing to Uninstall". Tried several times. Now its says that another download manager is running, so I let it run. After 15 minutes it said it could not continue because of errors.
Where do I go from here?
