Can not log in on a 2nd computer

Hey,
I have 2 laptops. I can log in to Norton setting on my 1st laptop, but not on the 2nd one. The password is not recognized.
I am on windows 10 and there is no other antivirus software running, not even windows defender.

Any clue about why the access has been denied from the 2nd laptop ?

Are you being prompted for a password when trying to access Norton Settings? There is a feature that can be set up for this, but it is off by default, and it would be separate setting for each computer. 

Be sure you are logged into Windows with a Windows admin account. Standard user accounts cannot access the Norton Settings.
