Greetings Everyone - I had Norton One on two of my computers (one with Windows 7 and one with Windows 8) but when a Norton update changed both of them to Norton 360 I no longer can login to Identity Safe Vault! I uninstalled and reinstalled the Norton programs but it didn't help. I can still go online to see my vault but not from the toolbar on my computers. I've used Internet Explorer 11 and FireFox both, neither worked. I believe the login is trying to open but it just goes back to the sign in page without opening the vault. If I try to login with an incorrect password, it will show the incorrect login screen. I tried a full system scan and power eraser scan but nothing came up wrong. I contacted Norton's customer service and he attempted to fix the problem but he had no luck. He then uninstalled the program on my Windows 8 computer, reinstalled it, and did a whole lot of other things that took the better part of an hour and did get it to work. Unfortunately it didn't last an hour and I'm back to where I started. Now I'm stuck logging into my online account to retrieve a password when needed. Any help with this problem would be appreciated.
