The last weeks I can't reach Norton Account in NIS2013 20.4.0.40 NL when I click on the Account main screen it says that it isn't possible at the moment to visit Norton Account and that I have to do it some other time, strange thing is it always worked fine, when I visit the website for the Norton Account, then it works fine, even the Norton management site works fine...
By the way, I deleted my PC from my account and through Norton Management and so NIS was deactivated and deleted, after that I installed NIS again but still the same problem exists, my PC is in Norton Management though and I can see it in Norton Account on the site
Is it a bug and have more people the same problem??
