People in the support group who decided it would be a great idea to make the type in all of the messages on most every page of everything that they make, so light, tiny and thin and use very light colors and not use visible black type, that one needs a large magnifying glass to read it. And even then some tiny type is so obscured with light type and light colors that its still impossible to see what it says. Why did they do that? Obviously they never bothered to ask anyone if it could be read, that is why.
These inapt and incompetent people did not have the common sense to ask a number of people to view their sites and get a opinion about needed changes, for if they had bothered to do that they would have immediately got a reply that its impossible to read all of the obscured tiny light colored type. Make it larger and in black so one can easily read it!
