Can not start the NIS interface

Hi all,

My NIS can not start the Interface, usually crashed and the outlook can not start.

All I need to do is restart the computer to make it works. No other security related software installed/enabled even windows defender.

I checked updated  yesterday and the version currently installed is 22.9.3.13

Any help would be great(will post update if no more crash ). Thanks
