I want to add file whitelist，but i can’t submit anywhere，alwasy notice error when i submit form or no response when click submit button。

I use chrome.

I have reviewed submission ID 17c99034-6334-4698-83ad-10abc43b972f and can confirm that detection was removed from our products for this submission on 04/04/2024. Are you still seeing Norton detection? If so, please share a screenshot of the detection and provide the download link to the application, if available, so I can attempt to reproduce the issue.

Yes, I'm from China. I never submit success until today I jump to HK, but the website display Chinese, it's strange

Norton does not proactively whitelist.  Can you submit false positive?  Can you satisfy reCaptcha?
