Can't sign in-First year with Norton. I received my Keys and downloaded twice so I know my email account is correct. I used the "Forgot My Password" routine and it said that it would sent a temporary password to my email account.
No email has been received.
Did this several times.
I did receive the the email confirmation from the forum- Of course, here I am.
I tried the " Nathan Virtual " routine- no help.
My email account is active and current. Any suggestions?.
