My main browser is Ecosia. the app button displays a red dot on it. It opens login but just hangs. Weirdly the vault shows login dialogue box and works during login to some login pages, but the drop down doesn’t work.
I tried MS edge. It won’t even open the vault login I just get the app button with a red dot on it.
I have shut down and restarted the PC several times.
I’ve had this problem for over a week.

Did Norton Password Manager on Ecosia work okay…prior to over a week?
on my side…Ecosia = spinning circles
Norton top team has been working on my password manager for almost 2 months, cant sign in cant recover passwords receive 7-9 auto texts a day that they are reviewing my logs. Password recovery code did not work. I use the latest version of edge. A couple of other problems with auto backup and auto scan but the passwords are the main issue been using Norton 23 years and have never had the issues with support I have now.

When I try to log on to Password Manager I click the yellow extensions button and log in as usual, when I click the submit button the window just displays the wheel of death for minutes. Later I find when I click the button I get the drop down, but the button still displays the red dot. The delay is sometimes over 20 minutes.

Ecosia is built on Chrome. It has worked fine for several years until a couple of weeks ago.

Okay…I’ve now waited xx minutes and clicked NPM address bar button
Note: I’m still seeing “wheel of death”
This is an add on to the failure of Norton to care about a single customer I again have been promised a call from the tech team as no one seems to know what happened to my password manager and utilities , but that’s for another time 2 months have passed and I have heard every excuse in the world why you cant talk to the upper tier techs, I just want an answer as to what clinical logs the are reviewing 7-9 times a day, Tech support is a an all time low in my opinion Beware if you are on live chat as to what the tech is doing, my pc was great until this issue so BEWARE!!
