Due to sloppy customer services and really through no fault of my own mind, I have ended up with two Norton Accounts. Although I have been told by customer services that you cannot delete the old Norton account, I throught I would ask anyway here, to see if that is correct, as there are some very knowledgeable on here.
If you can still log into the old account, just be sure to remove your personal information and the payment information as bjm_ suggested. That way, there is no chance of 'accidental' product renewal happening.
The old account is asking to me to renew subscription as subscription has expired.
Norton Community cannot see your Norton account/s, subscription/s nor payment information.
what subscription? same as new account? old expired Norton? what device/s? same device as new account?
Can you trashcan expired license?
Can you remove personally identifiable information within old account?
Maybe, let old account sit dormant.
Generally, Norton and LifeLock will delete your account and related personal data upon request, regardless of where you reside, as long as there is no conflicting obligation that prevents us from acting on the request.
