Can someone at Norton please provide an official response to my request, and the many others, to return the Local vault?
I do not want, and will not use, a Cloud vault. When will the Local vault be returned?
I'm getting tired of clicking on Stay Local? I'm very dissatisfied & unhappy with Norton because of this change. Removing the Local vault was an incredibly bad decision. It needs to be reversed. You are losing customer loyalty & goodwill with this arrogant behavior and making it worse by not providing a timely, complete, clear, & unambiguous response. A response that listens to your customers concerns about security & privacy. After all isn't that what your company & this product is supposed to be providing?
