I have been using the free ID safe on 2 pc's. Have recently installed NIS 2013 on a 3rd pc and want to access the same 'vault'. However, when prompted to set up the vault for the first time on PC3 and siging into the same Norton account it will not accept the password. The password hint is the same, so it appears to be trying to access the same vault, but it refuses point blank to accept the password. Is this a deliberate ( and rather strange) decision not to allow use of the free version with the paid-for version or is something going wrong? If the latter then does anyone have a suggestion of how to cure it?
