So I was billed twice for the same product and was not given a refund. Because you can't email or even call and talk to a person I am thinking I will cancel everything I have with Norton. I have been with them for years and was able to resolve issues in the pass. Not anymore. Sad day! Norton you were customer ordinated at one time. BTW disputing the payment you put on my account today as this seems to be the only way to contact you!!!!!!
