I have cancelled my subscription for Norton Security Ultra today 21/12/2023 and would like to get a refund. I got a super quick email response saying that my subscription was cancelled but will stop in a years time. I want a refund. I dont want cover for the next year.
It is a frustrating experience just trying to get the right place but getting sent back to another page and then the option to cancel and get a refund is not an option. I am aware I have 60 days for this process so am writing this on the day the money was taken from my account.
Please Please Help
