System does not let you cancel subsciption in My Account, using Chat and Norton Support they cut you off once you get to want a refund. And why does yoiur renewal charge,debited one month before the actual renewal datre.

Impossible to get any sense out of an agent etc, and Norton dont have any humans to contact.
