Can ANYBODY tell me how to cancel my subscription to all of my Norton products without having to run around Robin Hood's Barn three times and jumping through one frustrating hoop after another, only to be asked a question that I have no idea what the answer to is? I made the mistake of having auto re-newal, and trying to get this thing cancelled is like pulling teeth. I have NEVER in my life had the run-around from a company as bad as Norton. They make it possible (and easy) to do anything EXCEPT cancel your subscription. This is one of the most FRUSTRATING companies to try to get rid of that I have ever incountered!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any help would be greatly appreciated. I tried calling to talk to a live rep, and was told there would be a thirty minute wait. Just another example of the poor customer service they provide.
