Cancellation of Automatic Renewal does not work

Norton did not offer useful solution to earlier question.  For information.

It was purchased online with Order@nortonstore.hk sent me a notification of automatic renewal on 7 April 2023.

 

I've asked this thread be merged with your original thread. Please keep on thread on the same issue. Much easier to keep track of what is being done.

So it seems that there is some issue with Hong Kong purchases getting refunds through the refund web page. I would suggest contacting Norton Support and requesting the refund.  www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
