I tried hundreds of times to contact the Norton Support team, and it looks like I click on a webpage for a refund and takes me to the same page, it is like going in circles, it looks like it is on purpose for not getting a simple refund. I purchased a new product licence key because the one I have does not work in Singapore, as said by one of the Norton support customer service people, despite I managed to download on my IPAD and mobile phone and it works. so, I bought a new norton product norton standard for one use, that was 4x more expensive than the one I bought for 10 users and VPN, and in the end, it did not work because there is an issue with your product. I would like to ask for a full refund since I am on under our 60-day Money Back Guarantee. I want to cancel and remove this product from my account, with the last digits of the product licence ending on FJ8J23. In the end I managed to install the previous licence thanks to the online community that said I just need to delete my cookies and data on my Norton App, in order to remove any historical information and it works. This is unbelievable and not acceptable by Norton.
