Ok, I got a notice that my subscription is set to auto renew in March and my cc will be charged on Feb. 19...
2 things...the card on file is cancelled and I don't want to auto renew any more. Sooo I go to the website, finally get signed in, go to the auto renew section, click on the off button and all that happens is a pop up comes up with all the benefits of auto renew...when I close that box, I am still showing the auto renew as on. What am I doing wrong? Do I just need to call? Thanks
