Actually Norton 360 premium running on windows 7 and 2 mobile devices. I have cancelled renewal (as Norton penalises loyalty) and had a confirmation email and the option on my account page to activate it BUT my my account page also clearly shows automatic renewal is still active. This is a somewhat concerning situation and, along with the irritating way that renewing isn't as straightforward as it ought to be, somewhat uninspiring. As an aside, trying to get to a point of getting this issue raised direct with the company (as this is a contractual issue) rather than in a forum appears to be impossible.
