I cannot cancel my susbscription
Why ? Because it does not letting me to do so
I click cancel subscription and….nothing No matter how much time i am waiting ..no matter the browser , the connection the pc or anything else is page of canceling subscription is not loading !! The screen is the above…indefinitely .
Obviously they expect to charge me and they are not letting me to cancel my subscription.
They denying let me to do so
Any ideas ?

If you have a VPN active when trying to contact Norton, turn it off and try again. Norton does not play well with VPN’s, including its own.
Ad blocker extensions can also cause issues on Norton sites. If you have one installed, disable it for Norton sites and test.
no vpn ..(then it tried with vpn to see if something changes,but no luck)
finally throught chat , an agent disabled renewal and everything is ok ( to disable renewal myself i should firstly cancel my subscription and that is what i couldn’t do).
