Cannot access Crypto wallet

I have been unable to access my crypto wallet for the past several days, and it may have been down for longer. I would like to transfer my balance to another provider. Any idea on when it will be available or how I can transfer those funds?

Sounds frustrating! If your crypto wallet is down, check their support page or contact customer service for an update. In some cases, you might be able to access it by using a recovery phrase or a backup wallet. If you can’t get through, try waiting a bit for any maintenance to end. In the meantime, be sure to back up your keys or recovery info for future transfers!

From my side it works ! I have access to the wallet, even if it is empty.
I invite you to try connecting using another browser or clearing the cache of your usual browser.
Does this resolve your connection issues?

I can login and I see ā€˜Wallet temporarily unavailable’ message. I have been trying for a week. I tried to open a support ticket, but there is no ā€˜crypto’ section to ask for help. I have tried from both Chrome and Edge with the same message.

Which support forum should I use to do request support?

There is no section about crypto wallet, and I cannot find a method to do it. When I go down any path and talk about the wallet, I get a response of I cannot help you with this service and not the crypto service. It is very frustrating and annoying. I just want to find out why the wallet is not working and/or when it will be available again, so I can transfer my wallet.

@Mark_Sass Start with this link below. It will get you into the general chat for support. There indeed isn’t an area for Crypto issues as that service has long been gone from Norton.

Once you have signed into your account: *Click on the area labeled " Technical Help" on the new page that appears. Follow prompts. Once chat begins type ā€œAgent Pleaseā€ you should be connected to a live agent that can assist you.

Maybe I am missing something, but I do not see a ā€˜technical help’ section and couldn’t find anything else on the page. I will try the account help section and ask for an agent
