Cannot access the Purge prompt

This is the first time I am trying to purge some files from my on line back up to free up some storage space.  When I click on File Actions the only 2 options I have are "Download a File" or "Email File Links".  There is no option to Purge.

Hi @ledisbury  & @ebby2000 ,

 

Could you let me know if you are using Norton Online Backup or Norton 360? If you are using Norton 360 you cannot purge the data using the Norton Online Backup web portal.
