Cannot access website, being blocked by NIS.

I get this rule in the logs when I try to login to my bank’s online site:

Rule “Default Block UPnP Discovery” stealthed (192.168.1.4, Port ssdp(1900) ). Inbound UDP packet.

The details of it show:

Rule “Default Block UPnP Discovery” stealthed (192.168.1.4, Port ssdp(1900) ). Inbound UDP packet.
Local address, service is (239.255.255.250, Port ssdp(1900) ).
Remote address, service is (192.168.1.4, Port ssdp(1900) ).
Process names is “C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe”

Any ideas how to enable a rule or exception to allow me access to my bank’s website?
